I am a Kickboxing instructor and taught classes until my 7th month. I modified some moves (no jumping after the 5th month) and lowered my kicks.

I drink it every day (1TBSP) and I can't tell a difference at all. But I like swishing it around in my glass with some lime juice after a good work out and hear my kids squeal and giggle when I offer it to them.

Stay away from the cheap loafs. They leave a weird after taste. Right now they have German items. Try the whole wheat or the Sunflower (they are presliced heavy dark breaks. (looks like a large brick. Try one ($1.49). Super healthy and very filling. Try with cream cheese and fresh slices of tomatoes. Perfect lunch.

I like the Brownie and the Apple Pie. Remember to put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it will taste even better.

I burn about 380/ hour with my HRM. I use between 25-40 lbs depending on muscle group.

Soy is a xenoestrogen - meaning it mimics estrogen in the body and can really mess with your hormones. Soy products in general are best to avoid. It's just an indicator, not a tool. As long as it turns you're fine. I started at under 20 gr/ day and when I slowly added carbs it turned the same color with 70 gr/ day 3 months later. Please remember to take your supplements every day.

my insurance pays $20/ month for going to the gym 12/ times a month. Motivates me! I don't think fines work but incentives do!

The Greek Gods traditional /plain yogurt is only 5 gr (4oz). Add fresh blackberries (low carbs). I usually have a salad for lunch. or mozzarella with tomatoes on wasa multi grain bread (7 gr)

go outside even if it's not running weather. We ran in -17. Still beats the treadmill. Lots of layers!

inside my stuffed peppers I add a wedge of Laughing cow soft cheese. Makes it creamy and more satisfying.
