I've done a Super, and a few sprints. Cross fit establishes a pretty good base. I find I need to supplement with more running, Burpees and grip exercises.

Thanks everyone! The 450 push-ups was part of a workout called the kettlebell mile. Take a kettle bell in each hand (55 lbs each in my case) and walk a mile. Each time you put the bells down do 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups. Repeat until you finish the distance.

a couple of things.. fist off you look great. your hard work really shows.. my story is similar to yours (down 90lbs as of this AM!) Second you ARE a success. every time you go to the gym. Every weight you lift. every minute of cardio you do, and every good eating decision you make proves it. Hitting a number on the scale…

I'm 304lbs, i have 114lbs to loose. I am on week 2 workout 3 of the C25K. the first week was brutal. My shins killed. I pushed through it. week 2 has been great. I could easily run for longer than the 90 seconds and my shins don't hurt any more. I have good shoes. New balance 750V1's they work well for me. If I can do it…
