Thanks for the replies. I'm probably just going to buy a new one from walmart.com. I can get for just over $50 with my work discount. I'll still use my current watch to keep track of the time I'm exercising till I get my new one.

The last movie I saw in the theater was Divergent. I really enjoyed it. They did a really nice job of adapting the book to film. The last movie I saw on tv was Sparkle. It was interesting.

It really depends on the activity. I use a Polar FT4 now, and I burn fewer calories than MFP says for Zumba, but more calories than what MFP says for cleaning or walking. It really all depends on how fast you get your heart rate.

Breakfast: 1 light English muffin, 1 tablespoon JIF whipped peanut butter, 1 tablespoon reduced sugar grape jelly, and 1 cup 1% milk comes to 290 calories. It keeps me full for awhile. You could also do a 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon honey instead of the jelly to have it come out to 300 calories.

I have a George Foreman grill with removable plates and temperature control. I've never had an issue with how it cooks and use it often. You might have cooked the chicken too long.

Hello. I will add you to my group of friends. I also have type 2 diabetes, and have greatly reduced the amount of insulin I need to take with using this website.
