I have to get monthly b12 injections because my stomach doesn't absorb it. I notice feeling quite tired when I'm due for my next shot but I don't think it improves my metabolism

I have problems with that too. You drinking enough water? Im eating All Bran Buds with my breakfast. 70 calories for 1/3 cup. Not bad in calories but very high in fibre. But make sure you drink your water.

Thanks for the imput. I'm wanting to track my steps and walking/jogging. My friends have one that also keeps track of their sleep. They both have the Fitbit charge.

I have anxiety and I'm also a perfectionist. Bad combination. I try to take it day by day and not beat myself up if I stumble. Best thing for my anxiety is going out for a walk. It's so calming putting music on and just walk. Or I get in an early morning walk and enjoy the sounds of nature.

I have a 16 year old and a 12 year old and a husband. I work full time and all house, cooking and cleaning is up to me. Does this help?

Thanks everyone for you comments. I'm not giving up, it might just take longer. I will definitely be committed to measuring and weighing my foods. I think I'm going to stick to the "everything in moderation" theory and kick up my exercise a notch. Wish me luck!

I hate the scale too. I avoided weighing for 6 weeks, thinking that I would see a difference. I was so disappointed when I didn't see it move even half a pound. So frustrated that I don't know what else to do. Tracking food and exercise and it's just not budging.

You look amazing! I love Jillian's workouts and feel like I'm changing my bodyshape more than I see the number on the scale move. Its a little frustrating to not see the scale move, but feels great when someone tells you how great you're looking. Thanks for sharing the pics and your workout schedule.

I weigh once a week on Saturday's and I do understand what you're talking about. It can be extremely frustrating to see the number go up on a week that you've given your all but I think weighing in is just part of the equation. Don't be upset and give up. Focus on how you're feeling in your clothes and how great it feels…
