I don't count calories. I use to whe I first started losing. But now I'm more aware of what I put into my body. If I'm eating healthy foods then I don't worry as much. I don't gorge or anything but I don't obsess over the number of calories I eat.

I had just gone through a really bad break up and I was feeling really unhappy about myself. So I decided I was gonna take the time to focus on myself. When people tell me that I eat too much, when what I'm eating is healthy and I'm very active. Also those stupid wraps and "diets". I saw one the other day that some girl was eating 5 bites of every meal and drinking lots of ice water. *Insert biggest eye roll*.

When I first started losing weight, I focused on cardio and then slowly I started to add strength training to my workouts. I then started to do an even amount of time for both. And now I love strength training. I do more of it than cardio.

Go you! That's so amazing. You should be very proud of all of your hardwork.

What I do with plain greek yogurt is add a little bit of protein powder, fruit, and oatmeal. I stick it in the fridge overnight, it's delicious.

SW:184 CW:141 GW: Ideally I'd like to be between 125-130. At the end of the day though, it's just a number. Go off of how you look&feel vs what the scale says. :)

When I started using MFP I was about 184. I'm now 141. When I first started working out I thought that cardio was more important in weight loss. Over the last 6 months I've been incorporating more strength training in my workouts. I do an even mix of both. Sometimes I start with cardio then I just alternate. I try and plan…

I was never able to fit in the largest size of Victoria's Secret sweaters, I've always wanted one so I went in the other day hoping to be able to fit into atleast a large. The large was too big so I went for the medium and its a little loose :)

I'm obsessed with Zumba. My zumba teacher makes it clear that everyone needs to check their ego at the door. So no need to worry about what other people think. If you're afraid to try maybe some videos on youtube :)
