    Yes. My home gym never closes. So, at least 60 minutes of rowing on my Concept2 rower tomorrow.

    Nope. My gym is closed, but I'm running a 4-mile for the Turkey Trot and will likely do a few videos prior to dinner. JM and the 30DS is like my best friend right now, lol!

    I planned to go today, but I was stricken with a migraine last night/this morning and let my body rest instead. Plan to get going in the morning again :)
