I try to burn 300-500 cals a day on my stationary bike. I ride at different speeds for at least 30 mins at a time. Drenched in sweat and feeling good!!!! =)

I was a papergirl for The Good News. I had 147 houses on my route. Picked up my papers and rolled them, stuffed them in the plastic bags and hung them on every door. Couldn't throw them. Lol. =)

I make kale salad: I bunch chopped kale 1/2 cup dried blueberry cranberries 1/2 cup walnuts 1/2 chopped apple Dressing: 1 cup cottage cheese A squirt or 2 of lemon juice 1 tbs olive oil Sea salt Cracked black pepper In mixing bowl toss salad ingredients. Thank you for all of the great replies! I try to eat as clean as possible but main splurge is progresso soup for lunch. I always get low sodium or light. I rechecked my soup label against what was already entered here and realized that I entered the wrong soup so I'm NOT over on my sodium...YAY!!!!!!!!!....=0)

I put a tsp of cinnamon and I frost it witha tbls of peanut butter. =0)

I love, love, love Progresso soups! I'm sitting at my desk at this moment enjoying a bowl along with my boiled eggs and salad. I eat soup everyday for lunch. I never get tired of it....lol

I have the Danskin 8lb kettlebell and DVD from WalMart. I'm on week 2 and I love it. Much less awkward than a dumbell for me anyways. :)
