I've had major problems with constipation for a long time, like I could go for up to 2 weeks with no BM. I read on here about taking Magnesium Citrate to help. Well, I've been taking 400mg of Magnesium Citrate for about a week now and I'm now regular for the first time in YEARS! No amount of fiber/water helped me at all.

It's really all relative. I'm currently wearing size 8 and my BMI is 27, which puts me in the Overweight category. Size 4 is perfect for me, but that's just me. You really should be very proud of your accomplishment!

I really like the Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel bread. I store it in the freezer and just toast a slice when I want one.

Coffee with sweetened creamer every morning. I recently tried to switch to sugar-free Coffemate and it ruined my coffee, that stuff is nasty!

Scales can vary a lot depending on calibration. Time of day, clothing, TOM, etc. also play a role in what the scale will read. Pick one scale and try to weigh yourself at roughly the same time of day.

I'm the same height as you and my goal is also 135. I definitely know its not too low for me. 135 is a comfortable, healthy weight for my body.

Usually I have 2 cups of coffee in the morning, occasionally a cup of tea or a Coke Zero in the afternoon.

I buy 1% for my little boy and drink that very occasionally. I recently just got unsweetened vanilla almond milk and use that now in my oatmeal and cereal.

I love my creamer, particularly the White Chocolate Macadamia flavored creamer. I'm going to try using the unsweetened vanilla almond milk and just adding one tbsp of the creamer to my big travel mug and see how that goes.

Defnitely exercise! I'm eating very healthfully, but struggle to get any exercise in...just NOT a fan.

I took Abilify for several months and I gained TONS of weight.
