OMG- that must've been terrifying! If you don't mind me asking- did a Dr. tell you it was ok (dieting), but then it turned out it wasn't ok? I know sometimes you can do everything "right" and still bad things happen, but this is terrible. Hope you and the little one(s) are doing well now :blush:

Yes, it's a total pain. I try to write all the weights down and figure out the serving size (as in how many calories do I WANT each serving to be; not always based on what the recipe calls for) before I put it in Recipe Builder.

Weight loss surgery, drugs like cocaine/meth, ADD/ADHD (?) meds; diseases like IBD/UC or Crohn’s, cancer, anorexia/orthorexia, stress, PTSD, lots of other conditions... any number of real things, or not. But HCG or steroids?? Unlikely.

You can weigh daily/every other day and use a trending app- there are several options (Happy Scale, Scelta are 2 I’ve tried). These apps are not really useful if you only weigh once a week.

I sautéed the chopped stalks in a little evoo with 2 cloves of garlic & a little ham, added the chopped leaves, red pepper flakes, and a can of white beans. So good! It cooked reasonably fast. The Aldi Elevation bars have 15-20g protein- depends on the type I think- they have a few different ones. (At my work desk right now I have a Cookie Dough bar that has 15 g protein/200 cal and is just like Balance bars.) Tastes the same to me.
