I lost 50 pounds last year, I was doing so good then things at work got messed and I had to leave. I noticed that when I did day three it felt good to work those muscles that were sore. Day four done and not in that much pain anymore. Hang in there it gets better!!

I would get bored, cheat or just stop going to those meeting. I know I'm the reason they all failed. I didn't want to do the work and to lose the weight you HAVE to do the work. I drink lots of water also but this is where I add the lemon juice or crystal light pack to give it that sweetness. Also the Fiber One brownies are AMAZING and help that chocolate fix. I do core work outs at home, a twenty minute work out three times a week, Tues/Thurs/Sat. Mon/Wed/Fri I do C25K for 40mins. However, with baseball season started I will be adding a hour walk to some nights, not a big baseball fan,lol.

I go to concerts every summer with my friends, the first of which is May 20th. My short term goal is to be down 20pds by then. I set this goal the beginning of March and went into April 10pds lighter and have started adding exercise. I fully feel that I can meet my goal by May20th! Excited!!!:happy:
