Who else is like me and needs to lose 100lbs or more??

Add me too - I need the help and support right beside you. I have 80 to lose and I'm 47 yrs old where everything seems slower and losing has been a tremendous challenge. I tried MFP once before but couldn't keep up the logging and signing in. My husband had a stroke in January and I've been home with him until just now going back to work but during staying home, I ate all day everyday! Stress is a big part of it and boredom. Do not get bored. Stay busy - that is what I have realized after looking back. Now I'm going home everyday and staying out of the kitchen. We can do this together. Anyone add me and we'll do this together0

I have a goal of 150- I've only lost 30 sor far but I'm so sticking to it all year. I'm trying to lose 112 pounds amount. I started in January so I'm only doing about 10 pounds a month. March was horrible, the scale just did not budge. I hope you will add me as a friend and we can keep each other motivated when it gets tough. Are you taking pics. In just three months I went from a 24-26 pant to a 20-22 - We can do this!0

I have at least 75lbs to lose.. been on hree for about a month and slowly working the exercise and good eating habits into the new lifestyle that were all here for! I have lost around 110lbs (109.8 to be exact) -- Believe me, it can be done. I started 1/1/11 at 303.4 -- and here I am today at 193.6. If I can do it, anyone can - seriously.
I've done it by eating right, and exercising. I'm a gym rat now.
I'm looking to lose another 33.6lbs.

definitely not alone. there's a whole thread for people trying to lose 100+ pounds. the first page says it's not open to new members, but as of yesterday that isn't true. so if you're looking for motivation and support that might be a place for you. i had 134 pounds to lose. but as of yesterday i'm at exactly one hundred pounds to go!0

Feel free to add me too I might not post in the forums often but I enjoy reading the success stories and seeing the before and after pictures. I also like looking at what everyone is eating so make sure you set your food diary so your friends can see it. We are all here aiming for the same goals. Having support of other people who are in your shoes is great!!0

Ultimately I'll be losing over 100 lbs. For now I'm working on losing one. Then I'll worry about the next.0
