I have the Flex and the only thing I notice is that sometimes when I sleep with it I wake up with bruises on my wrist like someone grabbed my wrist really hard. I tend to bruise easily though.

It is most likely sodium induced...when I eat out at restaurants or just eat particularly bad food my weight increases by a pound or two. Also, I noticed if I don't get enough sleep my weight fluctuates. I try not to weigh myself every day but sometimes its hard not to. Don't let it get to you!

As far as celebrities go, Jennifer Lawrence is def someone I admire. She loves herself and is proud of it. In real life, one of my friends is an avid runner and I am quite envious of the progress she has made.
