Loads of fab advice on here so the only thing I can add is that I often eat veggie-substitute meat as it is so much cheaper than actual meat! Chunks of 'chicken' and 'mince', and even sandwich 'meat'. Doesn't taste exactly the same as meat but with seasonings etc it's not too bad!

Very happy - 2lbs off for me this week taking me to 6 1/4 in 2 weeks! Managed 1lb loss before doing 5:2 so now just over half a stone off.

3rd fast of the week for me today. Thought I'd weigh myself to see how I'm getting on (official weigh in tomorrow) and I'm showing a 4.25lb loss!!! Had to jump on and off a couple of times to believe it hehe! I'm hoping with another fast day today I'll maintain that loss! Have a good day everyone :) x

Doing a 4:3 this week - already had 2 fast days and the OH offered to take me out for dinner tomorrow night but it's a fast day :( I considered scrapping it but that's what got me here in the first place! We're going to figure out a better time to do it :) x

Hi there, I'm doing the 5:2 fast at the moment; I'm in week 2 and just done day 3 in total! I have to say it was harder to start than it has been to continue...I hardly felt hungry at all on my last fast day! Feel free to add me as a friend, moral support is always good! :) x

Amazing - thank you. I've just input my data (the same data I inputted into MFP) for my TDEE and it came out with about 300 calories more than MFP gives me! Made me think I'm perhaps not eating enough so I'll up my intake a bit :)
