Thank you so much! I didn't know about the negative calorie adjustment trick.

I hear you . I am 32 weeks pregnant and have gained about 50lbs. It is always a challange to watch the scale go up and feel helpless to it. we all know it is for a good cause, but still a challange.

I know that leonisa.com has a bunch of great ones. they have a panty that "tightens up" with velcro that was fabulous when i had my little lady via c-section

welcome and congratulations!

I am out of my maternity pants but I agree that my nursing bra is more comfortable even though I have given up nursing. I just don't want to go by a couple new bras to fit the girls when I am still loosing. I would LOVE some more active friends on here!!

Mine gets a little fussy too. I would suggest using a baby carrier ex baby bjorn to have the baby close to you and do your workout. there are also plenty of dvd's that include your little one in the action. Also mall walking was amazing for me.

Great Job I certainly hope to see you at the 10 year reunion assuming we have one i haven't heard anything as of yet.

Congratulations! I just gave birth to my baby girl that weighed in at 5.4. I gained about 40 with her and would love to help motivate you and get a little motivation myself.
-
Hello!!! Good for you that you were able to get almost all of the baby weight off!
-
I'm there with you! 7 weeks until i go in. I am not uncomfortable for the most part just having trouble with paitence.

I am january 28!! : )

Thank you ladies for all the great advice. I was mostly concerned about the bonding and holding my little girl after the birth only because I am a little neurotic after my first was a stillborn. Thank you so much and in the grand scheme even if the scar looked like Frankenstein I wouldn't care with a little girl to hold…

Yeah I saw they could be linked when they showed additional apps on their iphone update.

I didn't feel my little one until 21 weeks.

modify, drink plenty of water and really watch your body and how everything feels.

Thank you ladies for helping me to see that there are others in this "boat also".
-
I don't add in the 10 calories.

I am 21 weeks and i dropped down to walking or trotting because i didn't like the though or feeling of peanut bouncing in me. I also added in a yoga class(for me to attend and not teach) and a water aerobics class.

Thank you everyone for the constructive help!

Vitamin B12, Excersise and give accupuncture a try. You are doing the right thing right now and I am dealing with the same thing. I reluctantly had to start anti-depressents though because I couldn't function anymore. Good luck!!
