Fit bit calories and no weight loss

I have been wearing my fitbit and have been very on point with my calories(lets be real within 100 either way) and have not seen the scale move in the past 2 weeks. I am eating all the calories that are alloted with a 750 deficit. Any ideas to get this weight loss moving quicker?

Weight loss is not linear, and it takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you. But it all starts with learning to log everything you eat & drink accurately and honestly.

    Connect your accounts at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit

Set your goal to .5 lb. for every 25 lbs. you're overweight: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided

    Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

Ignore your Fitbit calorie goal and follow MFP's, eating back your adjustments.

Thank you so much! I didn't know about the negative calorie adjustment trick.

Without negative calorie adjustments enabled, you'll never eat at a true deficit on days you burn fewer calories than your MFP activity level.

Do you do Fitbit challenges? They're great motivation—and fun.

Two weeks isn't really enough time to determine whether or not what you're doing is working. Keep going, and if it doesn't start up within another couple weeks, then it's time to reevaluate and/or tighten up your logging.

^Agreed. Especially if one might not be logging consistently or weighing out a majority of your food (versus eyeballing or using measuring cups)
