apply ice for 20 minutes. Wear compression socks when you exercise or tape your shins. A nurse friend of min told me this. She is also an avid athelete

I agree- more protein. I just had a cheese stick. I normally have a small, 100 calorie protein snack everyday around 10AM. A handfull of peanuts or almonds, mozzerella cheese stick or a champions yogurt. Helps curb my hunger until lunch.

lightly salted or unsalted peanuts or mixed dried fruit and nuts/trail mix... it's a quick protein and fiber snack

eat more! lean protein and lots of veggies- start your day off with an egg or two omelet with sauteed veggies

You are not alone!! We all slip up every now and then! Get back out there walking or whatever exercise you enjoy! Eat lots of veggies and lots of water for the next couple of days and those 2 lbs will drop fast! :)

2 egg omelet with lots of sauteed veggies- mushrooms, red peppers, spinach and feta is my fav!

You need to eat more and eat on a regular schedule. Your body will go into starvation mode if you do not eat enough. Try it. You will gain 2-3 lbs at first, then you will start loosing lbs.
