First of all it does take time. However, if you increase your weight and reps you may see faster results. Be patient with yourself. And don't whimp out on the reps. Feel the burn! That's when it is working. Good luck!

If you lose it right then it stay's off. Losing weight correctly is that you made changes to your lifestyle. You have learned how to eat and excersize. Your metabolism is your best friend. To maintain your weight you make slight changes to what you did to lose.

QOTD response for Wed.... I think I love my arms the most. I starting lifting weights about 2 months ago. I was afraid at first. My trainer had me use low weights. So I am not getting bulky, but rather getting nice cuts. The part I hate the most is my tummy. 4 kids. ugh! I am certainly getting a tummy tuck.
