I have the FitBIt One. I've had it for a couple of weeks and it works well. Tracks steps, miles, calories burned and level of stairs climbed. There are 2 other versions of the FItBit. The FitBit Zip $59, the FitBit Flex $99 and the FitBit One for $99. You can join up with friends that have any of the three devices. The…

Biking has helped my back issues. The stationary bike doesn’t seem to do much for me but riding outdoors has been a big help. You might want to check with your doctor to see if this is a good option for you.

Biking is also a great low impact exercise.

I love my Kindle FIre. I play games, watch movies, listen to music and read. Some say if you're looking for more than just reading than the Kindle Fire is a good choice, if not go with the ereader. With the Kindle Fire you'll need a WiFi connection to down load anything. The Kindle reader you can down load books over a 3G…

There are certain medications for High blood pressure that have a side effect of a lower heart rate. I currently take two that have this side effect. I have to really struggle to elevate my heart rate to 130 -140 (I have a Polar ft7 heart rate monitor). It’s possible that she could be on a similar medication.

Cut your Sodium. Try to cut back on processed foods, anything boxed or canned usually has a lot of Sodium. Fast food also has a lot of Sodium. Try to eat fresh foods. Try to drink mostly water and cut out the soda and sports drinks. I've cut my blood pressure from 128-90 to 116-68 by doing this.

I've got the Turtle Beach - Ear Force X31 Headset for Xbox 360 and love it! It's wireless and I love that too. It does chew through batteries fairly quickly but it's worth it to me.

Start with the machines. They will force you to have good form. They usually have some type of instructions posted as to what muscle the machine works. Find machines that work the major muscles: chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, hamstrings and calves. Do 3 sets of 10 on each but only do three or four each work…
