A lot of the foods they had to try and bulk up like bread etc. They only had limited amount of butter, cheese etc and everything else. have you been measuring and counting the calories? Maybe although your eating healthy food choices, your portions might be too much which would cause no weight loss.

wow she was only asking a question. I would personally go and talk to your doctor about it. Taking the pill can affect your period anyway making you spot between periods, even miss them all together. I would see your doctor so you know the result is accurate.

mine are 17 inches. although I think genetics play a part as well, as both my mum and sister are slim but have big calves for their size. They sometimes get trouble fitting into boots etc.

Yes its working for me. I try and have some treats now and again as it helps me stay on track, but they are still within my calories for the day. If I am really hungry one day, I try and exercise more to compensate. Start weight: 210 lbs Current weight: 173 lbs

I currently weigh 12 stone 5 pounds, about 173lbs. My calves: 17 inches. Thighs : 27 inches. The women in my family tend to have bigger thighs and calves, even when slim so I think genetics play a part also.

I was so hungry yesterday, I just couldn't get full. Not the best time of the month, so there is a reason but I hate to go over. I did some extra exercise, ate back those calories. I count green tea, as green tea. When I drink it, it makes me thirsty for water so I drink more water as a result anyway.

If you go to your dr, you should be able to ask for a general check up. Just say you are trying to have a healthy lifestyle so want to make sure how your doing. I don't go to the gym either, all my weight from my ticker, is what I have done through diet and exercise at home and outdoors.

Yes you can, although you might feel more full eating something else. I have found if I really crave something, I should just have some of it, otherwise depriving yourself can lead to indulging at a later stage. So if its within my calories I can have it, or exercise more to make up for it, then yes I do have some treats.

mine was 32.9 (obese), although It would have been higher than that but I lost some weight before I stepped on the scale. Now its 27.41 ( overweight) so gradually getting there :)

Before, I always used to look older for my age. Now im losing weight people ask me how old I am, and when I say im 25 they really cant believe it, They thought I was about 18 maximum 20. I live in the uk, and I seem to get asked a lot for ID now when buying alcohol, I was never really asked before.

They did do this on a show here in the uk. I think it was on super size vs super skinny, a female presenter did one diet each week, also different treatments. Such as the maple syrup diet, only eating apples, eating baby food diet etc etc. She never loosed a great amount, I believe she was also feeling grumpy a lot, tired…

ahh im tired now, just done it. I did the lost first time round, then I saw in brackets you put repeat at least once ahh. So I went and did it, nearly killed me but I feel better for doing it. I'm also walking to work today which is about 30 minutes of speed walking, so going good for today.
