Thanks. I guess it was just a glitch as it is now working. Yay! I totally rely on the step counts in MFP as it adjusts my calories.

I have 15 more lbs to lose until I am at my goal weight. I have my goals set to lose 1/2 lb per week, sedentary (desk job) and I try to net around 1500-1600. My calorie goal is set to 1590. I struggle with setting my activity level at sedentary or lightly active. I do have a desk job, however, I am a school nurse, so I do…

Awesome job! You don't know how much your post inspires me! I've started C25K numerous times, but never followed through the whole program. I think last time I did it, I couldn't get past week 5 (those 8 min jogs killed me). I would always stop at around 5 minutes. I've started back up again, but started at week 4. I may…

Add me too please! I've tried this specific challenge before and I do it for a few days and then stop. Hopefully with this group and being accountable, I'll stick with it!

If you are using a c25k type app, you are doing alternating of walking/jogging during that mile, which would make it slower that if you were to jog a a mile. I don't worry about my speed. The fact that I am out there running says something. Get comfortable with your pace, speed will come later. I'm on week 4 of C25K, and…

I too have recently signed up for Daily Burn. Just into my 2nd week. I'm doing the true beginner work out plan & some of those workouts seem pretty easy to me so I may take it up a notch and try one of the other workouts. But there seems to be a wide variety of what you can do. I recommend it and it's free for 30 days so…

I've started looking into dailyburn.com There is a 30 day free trial, then it's $10/month after that. Different programs for you to follow & different variety.

I'm not a big coffee drinker but I love my Keurig. My favorite has been the Kroger brand French vanilla cappuccino. I bought another brand of cappuccino & I didn't like it, too coffee tasting. I also love the hot chocolate & Apple cider k-cups. There's also the new brew over ice kcups. They offer teas & vitamin waters. The…

There is no miracle pill, healthy eating (I hate the word diet) and exercise is the way to go. Some people just need a little boost to help them along the way. For me, it's Skinny Fiber that helps me feel full. It has helped with my cravings and snacking. I feel full faster, so I don't eat as much. I've lost 15 inches all…

This is what I was going to say! More fiber rich foods & gum is a great way to curb cravings/snacking.

What flavors do you have? I'll take them. I read somewhere to put cool whip in between graham crackers & freeze. Makes a fake ice cream sandwich. I'll bet it'll taste good with the flavoring.
