Hi, I'm 49, is that too old?

I'm 6 Ft. Goal was 165, but now that I'm 166, I think 160-165. Highest weight was 195 @ 45yrs. Lowest ever, as an adult, 105 (18yrs old and couldn't gain weight if I ate ice cream all day). Was comfortable between 140 - 150 after my kids. I think I would look like a stick at 140 at my age now, 49.

I had hair loss after an illness 3 years ago, I'm fine now and the hair that is growing back is very curly and not in a good way! I used to have very straight thin hair. I still think I'm shedding. Taking supplements of all sorts. Maybe I will try the oil, but I really don't get enoughrotein.

I never tried all day tracking. I did once a day for about a month. Always in the morning. I was interested to see the fluctuations

my husband is 14 years younger than me, when i saw the pictures from my sons wedding I wanted to throw up at myself. I want to look good and be healthy. I have 7 grandchildren and im sure more to come and I want to be here for them.
