I'm 5'11" and currently 153, wanted to get 150 but been between 153-157 for 9 months so I am happy with my 153. Lowest weight I have been since high school and have not been in a size 6 since grade school.0

When I first started this in January at 171 lbs at 5'3.5" I thought I'd be happy to reach 135 - which I will be - but I have been in such a great routine and I'm loving working out and feeling healthy, and I see others' with my body type reach 120, I don't see why I won't be able to be 120-125.
So, once I reach 135, I guess I'll make a second assessment and then push for 10-15 more lbs if I want!0 -
I'm 5'8". 135-145 is my goal.0

I'm 5'1", currently 153 and working towards 125. I thought about 120, but I'll have to see once I get there. My head is huge so I don't want the bobblehead syndrome.Yikes0

I quit smoking 8 months ago and went from 52kg to 62kgs, I am 1,64cm tall, and am having a really hard time losing this weight! :sad:0

I'm 5'4". My best-ever weight was 122, and back then I had almost no fat and plenty of muscle.
Since then I've had a baby, and I no longer live in the high altitude of Colorado and train Taekwondo three or four times a week, so I figure 122 is out of the question these days. Now my somewhere-around-there goal is 130, which is the heaviest I was pre-pregnancy. I'd be pretty stoked if I could get down that far.0 -
I'm 5'4", currently 187, and would like to get to 150 and see how I feel then. I do not have a small frame and I am starting to see some nice muscle tone revealed even after just 10 pound loss (I was working out and running for the last year+ without monitoring diet), so I think a muscular 150 would be okay with me. My next mini-target is 180. I'm definitely in it for the long haul.0

Goal is 130 so I can maintain at 135.
Current is 154 but AF is coming *shakes fist*0 -
I am 5'3 and currently weigh 205. I want to get down to 130, and I really want to lose some inches from my hips. Want to go from pear to hourglass LOL0

I'm 6 Ft. Goal was 165, but now that I'm 166, I think 160-165. Highest weight was 195 @ 45yrs. Lowest ever, as an adult, 105 (18yrs old and couldn't gain weight if I ate ice cream all day). Was comfortable between 140 - 150 after my kids. I think I would look like a stick at 140 at my age now, 49.0

5 foot nothing here. I have a pretty large frame for my height. Originally was aiming for 130 but now that I'm within 5 pounds of that I'm going for 120-125.0

At 5'2", my ugw is 125 lbs. Currently, I am just 2 lbs shy of that. :happy:0
