    I'm 5'11" and currently 153, wanted to get 150 but been between 153-157 for 9 months so I am happy with my 153. Lowest weight I have been since high school and have not been in a size 6 since grade school.

    When I first started this in January at 171 lbs at 5'3.5" I thought I'd be happy to reach 135 - which I will be - but I have been in such a great routine and I'm loving working out and feeling healthy, and I see others' with my body type reach 120, I don't see why I won't be able to be 120-125.

    So, once I reach 135, I guess I'll make a second assessment and then push for 10-15 more lbs if I want!

    I'm 5'8". 135-145 is my goal.
  • I'm 5'1", currently 153 and working towards 125. I thought about 120, but I'll have to see once I get there. My head is huge so I don't want the bobblehead syndrome.Yikes

    I quit smoking 8 months ago and went from 52kg to 62kgs, I am 1,64cm tall, and am having a really hard time losing this weight! :sad:

    I'm already at my weight goal, more or less. I just want to lose a little more body fat.

    I'm 5'4". My best-ever weight was 122, and back then I had almost no fat and plenty of muscle.

    Since then I've had a baby, and I no longer live in the high altitude of Colorado and train Taekwondo three or four times a week, so I figure 122 is out of the question these days. Now my somewhere-around-there goal is 130, which is the heaviest I was pre-pregnancy. :) I'd be pretty stoked if I could get down that far.
  • I'm 5'4", currently 187, and would like to get to 150 and see how I feel then. I do not have a small frame and I am starting to see some nice muscle tone revealed even after just 10 pound loss (I was working out and running for the last year+ without monitoring diet), so I think a muscular 150 would be okay with me. My next mini-target is 180. I'm definitely in it for the long haul. :)

    5'8.5" tall
    Goal is 130 so I can maintain at 135.
    Current is 154 but AF is coming *shakes fist*

    I am 5'3 and currently weigh 205. I want to get down to 130, and I really want to lose some inches from my hips. Want to go from pear to hourglass LOL
  • I'm 6 Ft. Goal was 165, but now that I'm 166, I think 160-165. Highest weight was 195 @ 45yrs. Lowest ever, as an adult, 105 (18yrs old and couldn't gain weight if I ate ice cream all day). Was comfortable between 140 - 150 after my kids. I think I would look like a stick at 140 at my age now, 49.

    5 foot nothing here. I have a pretty large frame for my height. Originally was aiming for 130 but now that I'm within 5 pounds of that I'm going for 120-125.

    5'3 and goal is 120 or a little less. I'm either 121 or 122 now. It's different every time I weight myself for some reason.

    At 5'2", my ugw is 125 lbs. Currently, I am just 2 lbs shy of that. :happy:

    I'm 5'7.5", with a large frame, and my goal weight is 65 kg (143 lbs). I am at 178 lbs as of now (lots left to lose!), down from 192 lbs.

    But I am going to start lifting heavier and heavier as I get close to my goal weight, so after a certain point the goal weight might become less of a point and more of a range; muscle, tone and strength are going to come first. If I can actually build a couple of lbs of muscle, it's going to be awesome! :happy:

    joined MFP Jan. 2013: 161.8 pds

    Feb. 5, 2013: 151 pds
    25.7% BF
    54.3% BW
    35.7% SM


    February 12, 2014: 123.4 pds
    19.5% BF
    58.9% BW
    38.7% SM

    *Goal Maintaining Range: 120 pds- 125 pds.
    below 21% BF
    70-59% BW
    46-37% SM

    My original goal weight was 125 pds, and to maintain 125-130. I changed it after I hit goal to 123-128 and I've just recently changed it to 120-125. I'm going to try and stay at 123 for a bit and see how this feels. I think I found a good, comfortable weight for myself.

    I'm 49, 5'8" and small boned. My maintenance range is 128 - 132 pounds. If I pop above 132, I cut back on my calories to get to the lower end of my range.
  • 5'0", currently at 133lb. Would like 105lb, but would be fine with 115lb.

  • I'm 5'5" and have first goal of 150. Once I make that then I will readjust my thing. I work toward smaller goals because that way i feel success when I make each one.
