    I'm 5'6" and currently 162. I'm looking to get between 140 -145. When I started on MFP I was 262 and had already lost 30 lbs.

    I'm 5' 6.5". My HW (that I weighed on a scale anyway) was 206 lbs. My CW is 165 lbs, with my next goal at 155 lbs. Once I hit that, I'll reevaluate. I'm interested in getting to a healthy BMI and building some muscle.

    5'9" and would like to be 170... setting my current goal at 180. I'd just be happy in a size 10-12 and with that I don't care what the scale says.

    I'm 5'3 and 127. My goal was 129. Another goal was to go from a size 8 to 6...I'm down to a 4.

    I started strength-training over the summer and don't care much about weight anymore...but I would like to reduce the cellulite on the back of my thighs. The cellulite on my butt is completely gone!

    Way to go! I can't wait to lose my cellulite :)

    I track my body fat using calipers. I only rarely hop on the scale after seeing so many inspiring before and afters where the woman LOOKED lighter, but weighed more or the same, after adopting a strength training program.
