I'm 5'9'' 180 right now, I'm thinking 169 is a good goal. What is everyone else's goal?

Honestly, I don't even know. Currently I'm working towards 150 (i'm 5'6), and will then see how I feel!0

Well..I'm probably larger than most and my initial weight loss goal is to get to 11 stone / 154 lbs (I'm 5 ft 5)
Then when I get there I'll just make adjustments to what's comfortable0 -

Gained weight since switching from retail management to office management (and getting into my mid-twenties), so I'm starting to workout to regain the activity level I had when working on my feet all day, and being dedicated to eating whole foods and living a healthier lifestyle.
5'6", 140 lbs start weight, with a goal of 120 lbs (I have a small frame), but I'm more concerned with how I feel in a bikini (or how my jeans fit) than the actual number.0 -
I will honestly be happy anywhere in the 140's, but 130 is my goal0

5'7", middle aged and a mom of 4! I am 183 and the first goal is 165. I am very muscular. I like the way 150 sounds, but not sure how it would look or feel on me, so when I get to 165, I plan to have body composition testing done to decide where to go, lower or maintain.0

I'm 5'5", but I'm not so worried about what the scale says. I've always been heavier than what I look because I easily gain muscle, it's just the fat over the muscle I have to deal with. So, my goal is to be a size 8, no matter ow much I weigh.0

I started strength-training over the summer and don't care much about weight anymore...but I would like to reduce the cellulite on the back of my thighs. The cellulite on my butt is completely gone!0 -
I'm 5'3 and would like to get to 140 (currently 188.4). But honestly if I hit, say, 150 or 145 and really like how I look and feel I'll call it good at that point.0

5'10" and my ultimate goal is 145-150. I'll probably make my deficit smaller when I get down to 155 and just lose those last 5-10 lbs slowly so 155 is kind of my first mini-goal. 8 lbs to go!0

Original goal weight: 160lbs (once I got there, I still had lots of excess)

Current Goal Weight: 140lbs
Lowest Goal Weight: 135lbs (depending on if it still 'looks' healthy)
Hope this makes senseI wanna sit comfotably in a healthy BMI without looking underweight
