I'm 5'7". My current weight is 177 and my goal is about 1450

Currently - 175lns
My mini goal is to get to 164 which was my smallest weight as an adult.
And my ultimate goal Goal is 140-1450 -
I'm 5'7 and currently maintaining between 131-133 lbs0

I actually bounce around between 131-136 and I'm fine with that. I usually stay right around 133-134 though.
I have a medium-sized frame but I am very bony on top---my bones stick out all over and the top half of me looks very thin. But the bottom half is very flabby/fatty and I guess that's where my weight likes to be.0 -
5'7 currently aiming for 159 which is my doctors ideal weight for me, that is 1lb under the highest healthy weight for my height, once i get there i will decide what i'd like to do but my dream is 139lb0

5'7" and I'm at my target weight of 130. I've been maintaining on MFP between 130-132 (depending on time of the month) for almost three years now. It's amazing how little I fluctuate in weight. This system is super consistent and reliable for me.0

I'm 5ft 8 and currently 147lbs, I'm only a few lbs off my goal weight, but I've decided now, the number on the scale isn't so important, I want to tone up my jelly belly and chunky thighs, hopefully in time for my summer holiday, I would like to look and feel good wearing a bikini, it'll be the first time in over 25 yrs, I was a similar weight back then to what I am now too.0

Its around 120 for the normal bmi range but im the same height as you and i tried to get down to this before and it really didnt suit me at all . Just see how you feel when you reach your goal, everybodys different dont worry about trying to be exact on numbers as long as you feel good about yourself thats all that matters0

I'm 5'5 and my goal is 139( Pre-pregnancy weight) and then decide when I get there if I want to go to 133( my weight when I was 3 months pregnant, morning sickness! )0

I weigh 188 or so now, aiming for 160 to start with, then I'll re-gauge the goal from there. I'm 5'8".0
