I purchased a schale that logs weight as a person weighs themselves, also BMI, Bone, hydration, etc... It handles 4 people and sadly out of 3 people in my house + my GF I am the only one who logs my weight

Also if its too cold to go outside and walk you can do plyometrics inside your house. The rule is that TOO much of anything is bad... a slice or two may not be so bad if you workout... but if you are planning on eating half of the cake then I suggest you don't even look at the cake

I would just eat it... and work out a few hours later. Just don't let it form a habit... you don't have to punish yourself.

71 is more than enough time to lose that amount. if you are determined. Work out, eat right and enjoy your weight loss. You can do it.

The other day I ate about 4-5 pizza hut pizzas at a work meeting. Kinda hated myself that day after that... to make things worst I didn't log it in.. but then I worked out and burned about 500-600 calories
