Did the school admit that they have not been feeding him/her? Our school district's policy is that a cheese sandwich and milk will be given if no money or lunch is provided. I've always had issues with the pill, and this has been like the 8th or 9th one that I've tried. I just think my body doesn't adjust to it that well, but then again pregnancy hasn't been that kind to it either.

I think a lot also has to do with our lifestyles. We drive everywhere, fight for THE closest parking spot, will circle the parking lot 3 times just waiting for a spot to open up instead of parking and walking. We sit inside watching hours of tv instead of going outside, we work long hours just sitting at a desk only…

Does anyone have this happen? During the week I stop taking the pill (inactive pills) I lose 5 lbs, usually about 2 days after I stop taking it. Then I gain it back 2-3 days after I start taking it again. And while it's preferable to being pregnant, I'm wondering if anyone else is having this kind of weight change?

Welcome! Congrats on your new little one!! I never struggled with weight until I had my 3 kids. Now I'm slowly working my way down. With my 3rd pregnancy I was up to 198lbs, I'm down to 146, and would love to get back to the 115 I was before kids. This site has great advice!!!

I love, love, love coke too. It's been really tough for me to give it up. But I have found that I equally enjoy Crystal Light Fruit Punch. I find something that I love, but that is less calories. Not sure if that helps, but I like a half of a Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate bar. 90 calories of pure heaven. I keep them in the freezer, and when I'm feeling stressed it's not a big diet breaker. GL on your test!!!!!!

I wish they would make roads more biker friendly. It's not only dangerous for the bikers but for the cars that have to pass in the oncoming lane of traffic.

I could never take the prenatal's. They made me so sick! I was told to take 2 kids chewable vitamins. You might want to check with your ob, but that's what they told me. It helped. I took one in the morning and one in the evening.

Thank you for the exercises! I really appreciate it! The Ortho told me that I probably would not be able to run again, but I would really like to prove him wrong. Preferably without the surgery. I will definitely start doing the exercises and working on getting those muscles stronger.

I got diagnosed yesterday with this. I found one topic on it online, but not much other info. My MRI came back abnormal with my kneecap tracking towards the side and the cartilidge on the outside of my knee thinning. They're not sure of the density of the cartilidge. I had the shot in my wrist for carpal tunnel 3 times. It wasn't too painful, didn't feel awesome or anything, but I would say it hurt for the next 2 days or so. Not excrutiating, but mildly sore. Obviously not in the same area, but I figured I'd throw it out there anyhow.
