Just enjoy the rest of it! Work out, eat small meals for the rest of the day, and get back on track tomorrow.0

Do you have time for a work out when you get home? Even taking a 30 minute walk or a 20 minute bike ride could help. I don't know what you have in your fridge, but try planning the most low calorie dinner possible so you don't add too much to the overage. Other than that, chalk it up to a bad day and start over tomorrow.:bigsmile:0

Maybe try having a big salad full of veggies for dinner? It's low cal but still filling, that is if you can forgo the yummy dressing, lol. I like putting fat free cottage cheese on top of my salads instead of dressing, and adding lots of cuccumber and green beans.0

I 2nd the salad and work out nomination,
I recommend the spray dressings. You get 10 sprays for either 10 or 15 calories depending on the spray. I like Ken's Steakhouse Lite Accents Italian Vinaigrette. Much better than some of the others I found in my fridge (Ranch at 140cal). And a quick workout would make you feel better about your day.
Shake it off and remember, you start over tomorrow. Clean slate!!!0 -
Yep, you need to get moving! :bigsmile:0

My advice would be any extra activity you can think of (lots come to mind). Maybe a brisk walk around the mall a couple of times even? Definitely 30min. on the treadmill. 30min. on the elliptical coould earn you 300+ calories and take care of your overage. Just like an hour of something to keep you moving. It's not too late. It could be something totally fun too!0 -
Plan some fun activity when you get home to "soak up" the excess food.
Be grateful that you are currenly stuffed. It's much worse when your 200 over and hungry.0
