  • When your son tells you not to run because you're all jiggly. Awww....the words from a young child can be devestating to hear and yet so truthful. :ohwell:
  • Thank you all so much for the feedback. I really appreciate it. I've been keeping myself busy today w/ sleep and cleaning house. Now, I'm fixing to go to work where I'll be for the next 9 hours or so and I'm sure I can keep myself plenty busy there. I will definately be eating little tomorrow though. I don't won't to have…

  • TINY NSV??? OMG! That is a HUGE NSV. That is awesome! I can see a big transformation & in only 10 days?? WOW! I so gotta get the P90X.
  • I was doing an hour of Zumba, an hour of strength training, 30 - 45 minute 3-4 mile jog, & a 20 minute 1 mile walk. I did that 3-4 times a week x 3 months. But, now that I'm @ my goal weight, I've been a total slacker. Hopefully I will get back in the swing of things soon. :/
  • I've never let my body go into starvation mode but I do know that it is real and it can happen to the best of us. Our bodies need at least 1200 calories a day and according to your diary, you've not been even close. So, if anyone can go into starvation mode, you will, for sure. You need to try and take in more calories…
  • I don't have a celebrity look alike!
  • Oh my!!! Girl, you just met a complete JERK! If I was you, I might have went dutch and paid 10 on the meal, but there's NO way I woud've paid for the entire ticket....especially not on a 1st date. I hope your next blind date goes much smoother. Good luck!
  • Yeah, but if I had a mom with that kind of goal, I'd probably be miserable too.
  • WOW! That means that you have only ate 325 calories a day for the past 16 months. OMG. Your health may be just as bad as hers, if not worse. =(
  • OMG is right! That girl has a couple of screws loose, no matter what her doctors say. How could someone have that kind of goal. She says the bigger she gets, the healthier she feels...and yet, she already has to sit while she gets her groceries. Imagine what problems she'll be having if & when she reaches her (INSANE)…
  • Just proves that my man should count his blessings; I  to run! GR8 article. Thanks for sharing. :flowerforyou:
  • 1st of all, CONGRATS on the weightloss. That's a HUGE accomplishment!!! As far as the dresses go, although they both look smoking hott on you, I'd go with the black one. Have a GR8 time at the reunion & don't forget to take lots of pics for us!! =)
  • You all ROCK! While I ate a nice & fattening BTT, you all ate so healthy. One things for sure though, I'm getting me all kinds of breakfast ideas. =)
  • Click on signature and you can put in your goals....etc.
  • Are you back home now or still at moms? If you're @ moms, just tell her what you want. I'm sure you'll make you some boiled eggs. =) If your home, Chris can make you something. If he's gone, I'll come over and make you some eggs sis! :)
  • Here's a link to all kinds of 80's hits. Good luck & I hope you have lots of fun @ your 25th reunion! =) http://www.billt.com/top200dancehitsofthe80s.htm
  • OH wow, GR8 topic! Where do I begin? Ok, since I use to always tend to eat more during the weekend, below is the typical weekend meal for me. Breakfast: If we ate at home, we usually had gravy, biscuits, bacon or sausage, eggs, and either grits, oatmeal, or pancakes (sometimes all three). If we ate out, our foods ranged…
  • I guess for me, it was more of a mind thing. I didn't want to admit to myself that I had gotten bigger. I wanted to weigh what I had always weighed. I knew in the back of my mind, that if I would occasionally glance at my weight on my license, it would somewhat inspire me to get back to that weight. Make sense??
  • Thank you & congrats to you as well! :flowerforyou:
  • Mine is Jessica Alba.…
  • Welcome to MFP. This is truly a wonderful site. You will make many supporting friends & you WILL lose. All it takes is dedication; watch what you eat & log everything everyday. When possible, stay away from processed foods, canned foods, & fast foods. Exercise is GREAT but in my opinion, as long as you stay under your…
  • You should eat before and after. Eating carbs before wll give your body the energy you need and eating carbs after will replenish your body. I wouldn't suggest a big meal before or after; something small would be sufficient. For instance, I usually workout first thing in the morning. I'll eat a bowl of shredded wheat…
  • Hello. I'm 36 & I have 3 boys (14, 12, & 6). I'm 5"9 & I weigh about 127 lbs. My goal weight is 125 lbs. I, too, am always interested in having female friends w/ similar goals; I sent you a request. =)
  • I'm not too far from you; I live in Georgia, GO DAWGS! LOL! Sorry, I just had to throw that in there. HEEHEE! Dieting alone does su**!!!! But, as long as you have MFP friends, you are NEVER alone. It's a life LONG journey, but, I'm right there w/ ya. I sent you a friend request. =)
  • I would stay away from any and all processed & canned foods. If you like cereal, shredded wheat has NO sodium. Also, grits, oatmeal, & rice are all have little to NO sodium. Dried and fresh fruits are low in sodium. But no matter what, I'd drink nothing but water all day and even maybe for the next few days. If you don't…
  • WOW!! Girl, you look amazing. I even think you look better now than you did 22 years ago. You should be proud. You're such an inspiration. Congrats on a job well done!!!!! =)
  • GR8 advice. Although, I NEVER said I was going to accept the job and then back out on it. That was NEVER at all my intentions. I have never did this. That would NOT be professional @ all. Let me expain a little more......The 1st interview I have is for a care giver. Just someone to help the eldery in their home. I'd be…
  • 1st off, I got married because I fell in love. He was my best friend, my soul mate & I didn't want to waste anymore precious time being apart from him. Just living with him, wasn't an option. I guess that's got to do a lot w/ how I was raised. But now adays, a lot of people live together for a number of years before they…
  • BUMP! I'd also like to know the answer. I set mine to sedentary because I don't have a job, other than being a wife & mom of 3. But, I add each exercise that I do, including cleaning house.
