  • Hi all! Just found out a couple of weeks ago that I'm due Feb 6th with my 4th! I still have a long (hopefully healthy) journey ahead, but it's always nice to meet others along the way. Is anyone keeping up with an exercise routine? If so, what have you been doing?
  • I have a charge 2. I really like it. I will say that when I get really sweaty the heart rate feature can blank out.

  • I agree with zany. I have a neck injury and while I loved doing stronglifts, it really messed up my neck. My form was pretty good, too. I had it checked from time to time just to be sure. Your best bet is to get it to get the thumbs up from a doctor.

  • Everyone is doing great! Sw: 191.8 Cw:189 I don't even.remember my August goal. I need to look back. I just had a 3rd baby 2 months ago, so now that the initial weight loss is over, I'll lose slowly but surely. I'm hoping to be 188 at tomorrow's weigh in. ☺
  • Hi fellow breastfeeders. I'm in the same boat. It can be hard to balance counting calories and breastfeeding but it's definitely possible. This is my third time doing it. ☺ I think it's a great idea to motivate and support each other.
