So I have a question. My husband of 16 years is s couch potato. I have always been active. He doesn't understand why being active is important to me. I finally got him to promise that he would work out with me on Saturdays about 5 weeks ago...but it hasn't happened yet. This morning, I reminded him that we had a workout date today and asked me if I had to torture him with reminding him. It's almost 1 and still no working out. Now, I have a male friend who wants to go biking and skiing with me but I keep saying no because I don't think it's appropriate since I am married. But I have someone who would actually help me stay active without making me feel guilty about exercising. Is it inappropriate or do you think it's fine?

It doesn't matter what I think. You think it's inappropriate so that means it's not ok. What does hubby think?0

Personally, no it wouldn't be OK for me if I were in your shoes. I think it depends on how your husband feels about it.0
