  • A cup of oatmeal added with 2 tablespoon of wheat germ, a handful of blueberries, a tablespoon of clover honey, a teaspoon of coconut oil, a teaspoon of chia seed, and some dabbed here and there of cinnamon. :)
  • Honey is better IMO. They're both natural sugar so your body should be able to metabolize it much faster.
  • If you eat oatmeal, add one or two teaspoon of it.
