    A cup of oatmeal added with 2 tablespoon of wheat germ, a handful of blueberries, a tablespoon of clover honey, a teaspoon of coconut oil, a teaspoon of chia seed, and some dabbed here and there of cinnamon. :)

    banana and half cup of cold coffee before the gym.

    after: 3.5 oz diet yellow cheese (never again :grumble: i'd rather save up my calories/fat and eat good stuff) and more coffee. Going to try to cut back on coffee (drinking some herbal tea right now). usually i have a plain low fat yoghurt but was feeling hungry

    actually not sure if i should add more carbs or not - i just started MFP a week ago and things are going really great, scale says that i lost 4.6 lbs the first week, so i must be doing something right. I cut back on carbs, especially bread, and have carbs only at one meal - supper. i'll see how things go this week.
