Have you tried changing your look at all to fit the "new" you? A new haircut and/or new clothes may help you see yourself as the new person that you are.

I have a bullmastiff and an American bulldog. My husband and I have worked hard to train them well. They are both sweet, loving dogs and are a part of our family. :) They are large dogs (about 130 lbs and 100 lbs) so we wanted to make sure they would be well behaved.

I think she looks great. Muscular, fit, healthy, not at all "too skinny".

I eat 1 whole egg plus 3 tablespoons of egg whites pretty much every day. I think egg whites alone have no flavor.

We went to high school together and were friends for 10 years before we started dating. We dated for 5 years, were engaged for 1 and now we've been married for 7 months. :)

I eat 1400 or more depending on how much I exercise and I'm still losing weight steadily. It seems to me like you are not eating enough, but what do I know.

I eat about 1400 a day too, if you plan ahead you can fit in all your meals and snacks no problem.

Hi! I'm under my calorie goal some days, not on others. I wouldn't necessarily eat if I wasn't hungry, but make sure the food you are eating has good nutrients so you are getting what you need. This is only my 3rd week, but I've been making small changes. Set one small goal each week. For example, drinking more water, eating more vegetables, going for a walk every day, what ever works for you. Also log every day and you'll be taking steps in the right direction. You don't have to change everything at once.

I like snacking on grapes at night. A little sweet, a little crunchy, they usually satisfy my cravings.

You can make omelet egg muffins, there's lots of recipes online. Basically eggs and whatever fillings you like, divided into muffin tins and baked. I freeze them individually then just pop one in the microwave before I run out the door.
