I started at 118 lbs. to go, currently at 90 lbs. to go. Add me if you'd like - but please write something in the request. I'm super supportive.

I'm 245 lbs. and regularly burn over 300 calories during lvl 2. ETA: That's what my Garmin gives me with my appropriate activity level and weight (I push it down a few pounds to underestimate the burn).

Thank you!

Born in Union County, raised in Essex County, now live in Philly. Do I count?

I'm on everyday and I try to comment everyday, if possible. Anyone can add me - just write something in the request.

I usually run alone in the morning...and I'm a huge grumpypants in the morning. I don't usually say hi to anyone. Headphones in, eyes alert, legs moving. In Philly, I've noticed that making eye contact makes most people uncomfortable. ETA: I've run on Kelly Drive and along my neighborhood streets - passed dozens of…

Meal, not day. Not for me, at least. I also don't call it a cheat. It's a maintenance meal for me. I usually am really flexible with it... Got invited to a girls night on Friday? Cool, done. Want Chinese on a Sunday after a long bike ride? Done. It works for me and keeps me sane. Most of the week I eat very well with a few…

I prefer working out in the morning - quieter and knocks it out. Anyway what I'd suggest is protein. Something with a good amount of protein immediately following a workout (I drink a protein shake while stretching) helps me stay lively for the rest of the day. Feed those muscles. Also, I try to get enough sleep the night…

I'm looking to lose about 90 more pounds. Anyone can add me (I'd highly prefer you say something in your request), and I'm usually a very highly supportive friend.

24 y/o, 5'6", 248 lbs. (bleh, went up slightly), and can wear a size 18 comfortably. Tops are probably XL because of the boobage.

My fiancé gets bruises on his ankles when he runs. I read up on it because it was disturbing, and some people just bruise easily while exercising. Something about the level of exertion.
-
I'm going to add you - no sense in chatting and not being friends! Anyway, look into couch to 5k. It's a 9 week program that theoretically gets you to 5k distance in that time. My slow turtle behind has done it 3 times and I max out at 2.5 miles in 30 minutes, but who knows how it will work for you? Also, look into getting…

You can add me! Anyone can add me - just drop me a line.

I've got about 90 lbs. to lose - but when I started, it was 110...you (all) can add me if you'd like. I'm pretty supportive!
-
Anyone can feel free to add me.

I started June 1st, 2013. So it's been about 11 weeks.

LOL. I'm sure you'll be fine. I feel the same way about level 2 and everyone seems to have survived. :)

Level 2, day 1. I'm drenched in sweat! Please tell me it gets easier.

Hi! I am Lauren. I am 24 (25 in a few weeks!), engaged with a wedding in 2015, and a mental health therapist. No kids yet but our family has two cats and a dog. :) My dream is to not be overweight ever again. To get married and have children by 2017. I want to go back to grad school for my master...either in social work or…

Nope.

I use 5lb. for the harder moves like anterior raises, and have moved up to 8lbs. for chest flyes, dumbbell rows, and one set of the shoulder presses.
-
Probably because it has been discontinued for over a year. :) I also missed a letter - it's the FR60. I love Garmin - if you run, they have hefty running computers. I have also used a Polar F4 (also old as heck) and that lasted over a year. I like both brands, but I never ran too long with Polar.
-
I use a Garmin F60 women's watch, and have had it for about 2 years. I had to get a replacement after the strap broke on my last one (same model - lasted maybe a few months). It doesn't look pretty, but it works like a charm.

Born and raised in new jersey, live in Philly. I say ya'll, with a sprinkling of yous. I never said yous guys and I lived 30 minutes from the city. It's kind of transforming into yuhs. Yikes.

I would buy organic if: It supports local farmers. (I live in the tri-state area, so I'd be supporting a ton of them) If you care about sustainability. Organic farmers do use pesticides - you kind of have to if you grow anything, really - but they use more 'natural' substances to rid their crops of pests. I grow…

I've lost 21, looking to lose 90+ more. I'm 5'6" and 249 lbs. Add me if you'd like - just drop a line about where you saw me.

I HATE the anterior raises. And for some reason, even after doing the workout 7 times, the first circuit is always murder for me. The pushups are the only okay part of the circuit...I do them the girly way.

Been to this rodeo twice before, and learned tons! I'm a really responsive friend and hoping for more of the same. Feel free to add me. I'm 24 with 97 lbs. Left to lose.

I am on everyday - I usually leave MFP up while I'm on the computer and refresh every so often so I can comment on people's progress. If you'd like to add me, feel free. The more sarcastic and fun-loving, the better.

I'm an early morning exerciser, so I hate having anything in my stomach when I run/work out. I've tried - my stomach is killing me afterward. So I eat a hearty dinner the night before. I usually have no problem completing my workouts with energy. I have a big dinner because I'm not usually hungry in the early hours. I have…
