  • I could not agree more ---we have to understand first that getting the weight off starts in the kitchen AMEN to that. Fitness can come later... I am a sufferer of extreme foot pain. Thinking for a year or so now that I have PF as well, so the long walks that were my fitness routine have become a thing of the past. I have…
  • Coming from me, a Recovering Diet Pill Addict - The searching of, buying and consuming diet pills is like replacing the behavior that makes us over eat. We believe that if we just take this liitle pill we can eat anything, or take this little pill and it will melt fat (really?) or take this little pill and it will change…

Ground chicken breast frozen spinach parmesan cheese egg whites salt and pepper to taste bread crumbs. Just thaw and drain the spinach very well, mix 2lbs ground breast with 1 frozen box of spinach,…

  • CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO!!! I am not a fan of my treadmill at all, but the calories I burn when I really get going are the key...Jillian is great too, I am using Ripped in 30 and she kicks my butt. Keep moving, any exercise at all until you build stamina...cardio helps to do that...Just keep moving and sweating and the weight…
  • I know I am an emotional eater. It's been happening more and more lately. I'm trying very hard, but the push to eat what I shouldnt keeps getting louder and louder again. I really thought I had this under control, but I do not. Anything I can do to help let me know, I'm hoping to wake up tomorrow and start this journey all…

  • You can change your goal settings and customize your daily intake - if you feel like you can lose on 1600 than change it yourself. The program allows me to have like 1800 calories which is way too much for me. I'm on 1300 + calories lost in exercise. If you are on "My Home" you will see "Goal" just below it, click on it…
  • Cool, I'm in too!
  • For some part of the emotional eating problem is hiding what they are eating...I think, as long as you are honest with your logging, keeping the diary open is important. I want comments on what I am eating good and bad...Accountability is great and has helped me succeed.
  • Like you, I also believe my Lord is coming back, but He did not tell Harold Camping the time and date of this I am sure.

  • Anything in a jar, or a can IE: veggies, salad dressings, mayo all have some level of sodium. I rinse any veggies I happen to get from a can, including beans. Try to make my own salad dressings ( when I have time). But usually my sodium is high too. Drink alot of water, it should take care of it. Blessings, Diane
  • Susan, I am a coffeeholic, no doubt. The ONLY way I've been able to get my water in was to make a deal with myself. NO coffee, or any other drink until 60 ozs of water is gone. That is three of these water bottles I've been using. I start at 6 Am and usually by 8 or 9 I am ready for coffee. I've had to do this because I…
