Pork loin on the grill with some Mrs. Dash...no added calories and very delicious. Throw on some fresh vegetables and mushrooms makes a meal.

I use Wii Fit as my scale. This is kind of a weird one...I love the Tasteful Sensations small potatoes! They come in several varieties, like white, red, purple, etc. They are just about like eating candy! 5 potatoes is 110 calories, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 5mg sodium, 23 g carbs, 3 g fiber, 1 g sugar!
