    The both of you look AMAZING!!! You look so much younger, and you also look like you can take on the WORLD AND WIN!!! Congrats to the both of you!!! It gives me an extra incentive to get my last 24 lbs. off, to reach my goal weight. Even though I reach my goal weight, according to MFP's BMI, I'll still be in the obese category. However, I know better!!! I'm 6 ft. tall and I have HUGE hands and feet, they're bigger than my doctor's and he's taller than me.

    Thank you everyone for your kind words. We are proud of our success and are looking forward to staying healthy and enjoying all that the "empty nest" has to offer.

    My partner and I started this about a month ago--we will also be "empty nesters" soon! Our "before" photo is my profile photo. I know it will not be long before we are sharing our losses! Together we have lost about 20 pounds in just over a month!
