I blew it but knew I was going to go off the diet on Easter. We went to Brunch and there was no way I was skimping. I'm starting anew today and am fine with yesterday. :)

I would eat some hardboiled egg whites. They are filling and have few calories.

This is a great topic. I love wine also. I have made a decision to drink it only on the weekends and perhaps one night during the week. I have noticed that when I drink I want to eat more - which is the main reason I'm trying to deter my weekday wine drinking. :drinker:

Well - my friend said she stopped using artificial sweeteners and its helped cut down her appetite tremendously. I'm not sure if she lost weight from it - but that was encouraging.

I am really trying to cut out all artificial sweeteners as I've heard they end up making you hungrier. Can anyone recommend something to drink that is fizzy yet not a lot of calories? I am missing my diet coke with lunch. I don't like just regular seltzer water. I need some create ideas that are low cal and no artificial…
