Ramen with American cheese is delicious... but mine would probably have to be Rocky Mountain Oysters. I was a line cook and had to test them to make sure they went out right.... gross

I do the same thing with cashews. I started counting them out. Say the package says there are 20 per serving, I would just count out the twenty. Its a pain, but it makes it much easier to count calories.

I smoked for about 14 years and quit about a year and half ago. It certainly gets tough, especially when you hit a trigger (for me it was drinking). I ended up using the patch, but I've been going stong ever since.

I am pretty much the same. I work wierd hours, so I dont get off work til midnight, which leads me to eat around 1am before I go to bed. I try to make sure its fruit, but I havent had to much success haha.

@Boo-Right now My main goal is to get back into the routine of going to the gym each day, and the second is to try and keep track of what I eat b/c doing it for the first time now, its pretty understandable how i got to my size now haha. @ Vicky- Sounds great, thanks!

yea, i have decided to go with the lower of the numbers.... thinking about getting a heart rate monitor though.

I use a treadmill at the gym.... Today it said i burned 491 kCal, but when i put my weight into the calculator it says I burned 1030 kCal. Really pretty confusing.
