IIFYM vs. MFP Macros

Hello all! So i know this has been played over and over, but I figure ill ask again. I decided to use the IIFYM calculator to see how closely it would mirror the numbers MFP gives me, and a few were very different. For example, MFP, on days I exercise, says i should have 406g of carbs, where the IIFYM calculator says i should have 154.5. The same thing for protein, MFP says I should have 110g, where the IIFYM calculators says i should have 275. I guess I figured they would be close, but since they aren't, I guess I'm wondering which one i should believe. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
