Hi all. I just started using MFP a couple of weeks ago. I didn't discover the message boards until today though. I would like to lose about 50-60 pounds. While I'm not at my heaviest, I am still very disappointed in my current weight. I am recently separated and the last few months have been highly stressful. I gained about 25 pounds. Now that my life is getting back on track I'm ready to make some changes towards a healthier life. If anyone is looking for a motivation/support buddy, let me know. Maybe we can help each other stay focused.
