good job! keep it up. I, like you, lose a little (compared to others I've read). I'm two pounds/month. I have the type of physique where i lose 5lbs it feels like 10 and my clothes fit funny. I'm -20 w/ about 20 more to go. Anyways, good job and keep it up.

I'm 5' 10". My starting weight was 191. The 1st month, I never went over my caloric goal. I lost 5 lbs! Oh joy! 2nd month I got a bit reckless and only lost 2. Heck! One month I didn't lose at all. I was bummed, but didn't give up. Try not to weigh yourself every week. We as women- due to hormonal changes and such tend to…

I'm a bit of a slow burner myself. I'm 5ft 10in and my avg monthly weight loss is 2-4lbs. I often read the success stories and see others losing 10-25bs per month. Wasn't until last night on Twitter, somebody posted a tweet that may have put my 'slow' weight loss into perspective. She tweeted that she lost 100 pounds, yet…

When I began using MFP, I did weigh myself weekly. I saw no weight loss. I was frustrated but didn't give up. When I got on the scale week 4, I weighed 5 pounds less *shrugs*. So instead of putting myself thru the weekly weigh- in nightmare, I do it monthly.
-
Before I purchased my food scale, what I did was divide the net weight of my boneless breasts by how many breasts there were, enter the amount on MFP and got the calorie count.
-
Mazel tov. Get them altered.

i am not a tea person. i chew gum. it works for me.*shrugs*
