i started both on the same day... ive slipped up on both in the last 111 days BUT giving up smoking for me has been easier. 99% of the time im not around cigarettes. 99% of the time i am around food.

ive been there. i have a friend who is not overweight, she could maybe do with losing 10lbs or just getting a little fitter. but i have 100 lbs to lose.. well 86 now. and when i started she saw it like some kind of competition that she could win first... i bought a gym standard treadmill for my mums house that i could use.…

i wear compressions vest everytime i work out. i have a muscle issue but i couldnt stand the jiggle either so the extra support is great. is i ever work out wthout it i get so frustrated with the extra movement that i end up stopping, so compression vest every time for me. also a decent bra for the ladies!

i believe the only thing you can eat to boost breast growth is haggis. yanno those little purple furry creatures that live on the mountains in scotland... one leg shorter than the other to help them run around the mountain. have fun catching one ;)

hey. firstly welcome to MFP. im also on 100lb journey and im 102 days in! my scale has been up and down but im not discouraged, we both have alot to lose which shows we have a lot to learn, and i certainly didnt learn it in a week. you will get there... just keep on pushing... add me if you wat. we can do this x
