Hmm.. i checked too and your right, it hasn't been it in the data base. I'd say (provided you don't have a heart reate monitor like Homer suggested) to pick one of the choices in the sub categories. i.e General Areobics for 30 min... i've heard of the 30 day shred and zumba but im not sure what i would categorize them as…

The app is awesome. It lead me to the site and I am on here all the time. It has deffinitly opened my eyes on the proper things to eat as well as what is actaully not all that good that that I thought couldnt be that bad! its full of information and you can find discussions on any topic.

Well, if you follow the advice found in the message boards, exercise and eat the right foods to come close to your calorie goals, im sure you will lose.

Its when the people who are extreme about the low carb diet start eating carbs again. Really anything with carbs, even stuff like fruits that are good for you. What I see usually is that the person isn't eating enuogh calories and there metabolism has slowed down to balance everything out. Try eating back your exercise calories if your not. Or maybe change your goal around to only 1 pound a week because you are getting kinda close to your goal.
