i'm from melbourne australia and i'm excited about finally getting back on track! i've been a member of myfitnesspal for a while but never thought of checking out the message boards until a friend joined too :)

i forgot to add; i'm here because during my last few years of school i got lazy, stayed indoors more and gave up all the sport i had always loved. now i am at my lowest fitness ever and the extra 25 pounds have my body confidence at an all time low so i'm hoping that a positive attitude and monitoring all my progress will help me back on track.
