• Mine comes this week. So pumped! I am a new beachbody coach and about to start some challenge groups and general fitness/motivation groups. Let me know if you want to join! Probably do it through Facebook since it's easier to interact with notifications and such. Add me if you'd like! Can't wait to nail my diet down p90x3…
• So awesome, friend! You look absolutely stunning and have about the same weight and goals as me. I love seeing your transformation and know I can do it too. Keep rocking it out, girl!
• I am finishing my first round of Insanity this week and starting Chalean next week. I'd love some friends on the journey with me. I hope I get as good as results as you guys did. Down 10 pounds and 7.5 inches from Insanity, hoping weight training will shrink me even more!
• I'm starting month 2 today and I haven't followed the diet plan. I am down 8 pounds and 7 inches combined so far. I've just been focusing on eating better i.e. less eating out and making healthier substitutes in recipes I make. I know I'll never stick to a diet, so I'm just focusing on small sustainable changes. I still…
• I'm just about t finish up month 1 and always looking for Insanity friends. Feel free to add me :) I'm also all about moderation and I hear you on your sweet tooth! I have steadily been losing weight, but not depriving myself either. I have a cheat meal or two on the weekends and little bits of sweets throughout the week.…
• I still modify my pushups, because I can keep up with them and keep good form. You should definitely do it! Shaun T emphasizes form over speed, so you take as many breaks as you need and you'll find that you'll stop needing as many of them. Most of the workouts have built in water breaks after a circuit anyway. Insanity is…
• So far, the best results I've had losing inches wise is with the workout INSANITY. I am finishing up the second week and have lost an inch off my waist and hips so far. Hoping the losses continue through the rest of the 60-day program.
• I'm 27 and wanting to lose about 70 pounds. Love to get some girlfriends so we can all motivate each other. I am on here every day, so add me please. I'm on week 2 of Insanity right now, but interested in all things fitness and especially food (my weakness LOL)
• That's what I was thinking. A new workout every day seems like it would keep me on top of it and keep my body confused, so it keeps changing. Thanks for your take on it :)
• I've only done their workouts at home, but my local CrossFit offered a free tour and choice of classes for a week before you signed up. Check with yours and see if they offer and free trial period, I think most of them do. Good luck :-)
• I LOVE your attitude and glad that we're friends! Thanks for the add, we're definitely going to help each other. We are gonna rock it so hard.
• 27, work FT, mommy and ready to get shredded. I work from home and am on here all the time. Love to give and get tips and keep each other motivated. I'm not shy, have no shame and started Insanity last week. Add me peeps and let's do this!
• Hi! I'm a work-at-home mom (40+ hours) with a 16-month little boy. I just started using MFP and love it so far! Add me and we can all support our fellow mommies and push each other to change for the better. I just started Insanity and down 2 pounds and an inch off my waist and hips so far! We can do it and we deserve it!
• I know what you mean, the side planks with all weight on one leg are pretty much impossible for me. I do the modified plank versions of those, where you lift your body off the floor with your bottom leg bent behind you at the knee and the top leg straight out to the floor. Your knee gives you a little extra help so that…
• I haven't checked Netflix recently, but what about YouTube? I really like the Lionsgate BeFit channel. They have lots of great full workouts on there
• Hi Ladies :-) I started Insanity 08/12, so just starting week 2. I've already lost a pound or two and an inch off my waist. I think I've finally found a program that will kick my butt into shape. Add me if you'd like to stay connected and motivated each other. We can rock it together!
• I started last week and loving it! Add me if you'd like and we'll motivate each other :-)
•
I bruised my boob doing pendlay rows, in spite of wearing a good sports bra.
Ouch!!
• Seriously! Running always makes me have to go to the bathroom! So annoying
• I feel for the guys. Having boners and ball problems has got to be the worst. Boobs have their own problems, but they are mostly manageable with a good sports bra.
• Haha, these are awesome! Farting would be the main reason I would never try yoga in a public setting. I would die LOL
• I just recently joined here too! I am almost 28, have a 16 month-old son and work full time from home (which ends up being way more than full time because I am taking care of a toddler too!). My husband is working on getting his CPA, so I end up having the whole house chores on me too. It's crazy! I would love for all of…
• I just started today too! Did the Fit Test and it kicked my butt! I'd love to join in with you guys and keep motivating each other. I think I'm gonna need it!
