Well, last week I opened up this topic asking for advice for my first 5K. Well, I did it today and finished the whole thing. I walked the whole thing and actually finished last...but I DON'T CARE. Wow!! Thanks for all of the replies. I just wanted to get a feel of what people thought of walking a 5K. My goal is to prove to myself that I CAN do it and I WILL DO IT!!! Not looking to impress anybody at all. This is FOR ME and ONLY ME!! :happy:

Thanks to everyone who replied. I am thinking MFP and/or WW might be a better option than low-carb. I know the pounds come off quickly with the low-carb, but I do love pasta, bread, etc. If I have those types of items once in awhile I think MFP or WW will work. Doing without, not so sure that would work for me. Thanks…

Thank you for all of the answers I received. I guess my question wasn't clear. I was looking for exercises that would help lose inches the quickest. An example is instead of doing arm curls I would do compound exercises instead. Definitely not looking for a quick fix just exercises that will help me tone faster I guess is…
