I woke up this morning and my entire body hurts!!! My abs, thighs, calves (from a night in high heels), and head...between the workout and the open bar, I'm aching :(

I was thinking like either a preworkout drink or after so Gatorade would work. I don't do anything but water before and during but like the results and recovery after the intense ones (I should have had one this morning now that I say that). My go to is always my shakeology though

So this was my determination as to whether or not I was taking a rest day. I added up my week and I'm at 2730 which means today I REST!!! my body and brain need a recovery day. So how did everyone end the week? I'm at 2367 and i still have a run to do today. Mission accomplished! Posy you weekly calorie burn! Did you crush the goal of 2000. I'm planning on increasing it to 2500 next week. Any objections??

Hell, you guys are going to have this 2000 goal crushed by tomorrow, you keep that up! you guys keep me pushing for sure. I'm at 1164 so far not counting what I'll get in today so I think even with a rest day I will be able to hit it. Keep up the fabulous work!!!

yeah, i found the doubles to be too much, especially when I scheudle them. i do end up doing a cardio of some sort on the weight days but in my head if it's a choice I seem to get it in better. i think we both started the same week, or real close. the scale hates me lately but i wouldn't doubt that the tape measure will be…
