I just finished TF and started a CLX hybrid. You can turn the music on and hear it but it's not a huge pump you up loud. I have to agree Dale in regards to making sure you are healed! I would look into a prgram that has a modifier like turbofire so that there is a low impact option. T25 does have a modifier as well but I'm still waiting of the program to arrive so I can't speak personally to it yet either. If you have questions about any of…

I'd go with turbo jam or turbo Fire! they are great programs for burning calories and fat and have a modifier so anyone can do it!
